Updated 8 October 2026Private visitor measurement
Updated 10 October 2026. Our owner dashboard measures public page views, UTC dates, approximate network country/city, device category, browser family and referring website domain. A daily-changing hashed network/browser identifier estimates daily visitors; no raw IP address, full user agent, referring path, query string, password, message, file or recording is stored in these visitor records. Your IP is necessarily processed during the request and hashing. Records are retained for up to 5 years and available only through owner sign-in. Counts are approximate: shared networks, VPNs, bots, blocked scripts and fair-use limits affect them. Visitor privacy settings in the footer lets you opt out; we also respect saved measurement declines, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Changing this choice reloads the page so existing measurement settings are applied consistently. The preference is saved on this device and does not erase previous records.
Files and local processing
Invitation rendering, photo compression, resizing, passport photo preparation, PDF text extraction, Word conversion and image OCR run in your browser. These tools do not send your selected files to an Azzy Studio upload server. OCR language models, fonts and code are downloaded from this website. Importing a file into the translator extracts text locally; the default Auto translate mode sends extracted or typed text for translation after a short pause. Turn Auto translate off before entering text if you do not want it sent automatically.
Online translation
When you request translation between different languages, the submitted text and selected language pair are sent to MyMemory (Translated). Your browser connects directly to that service, which also receives network information such as your IP address. This includes text extracted from documents and spoken transcripts. Provider limits and availability apply. Azzy Studio does not control the provider’s handling or retention of submitted text. Avoid sending passport numbers, identity documents, financial information or confidential conversations.
Microphone and speech
Microphone access is requested when you tap a speaking button. Speech recognition is provided by your browser and may send audio to the browser provider’s online speech service. Audio playback also depends on browser and device voices. Azzy Studio has no audio recording archive. Conversation history is held in the current page; Clear removes it from the interface. That does not erase data already handled by external providers. Use Stop to end recognition and revoke microphone permission through your browser settings when needed.
Saved drafts and downloads
Card details, including names, message, date, time and venue, are saved using local storage under azzy-card on this browser so your draft can be restored. They remain until cleared or browser storage is removed. Other tool results and conversation history are held in the open page rather than an Azzy Studio account. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them.
Close other Azzy Studio tabs first; an open card editor can save its draft again when edited. Clearing storage does not delete downloaded files or erase text already sent for translation.
Hosting and tracking
The website is hosted directly on hosting service Pages. Hosting infrastructure may process request information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and protect the website under its own policies. The website has no user accounts. Google AdSense verification code is installed; advertisements require Google approval and activation. Google may receive technical request data when its script loads. Advertising consent defaults to denied. Before enabling ads, the operator must configure the applicable consent messages in AdSense Privacy & messaging. Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads when permitted. See Google advertising privacy information. Google Analytics loads in Google’s advanced Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default, without an automatic consent popup. Unless you previously allowed analytics cookies, it sends cookieless measurement pings rather than setting analytics cookies; this does not mean no information is transmitted. Google receives request and technical information, including your IP address during network transmission, consent state, page location without query strings or fragments, and limited tool categories. These statistics may be limited or modeled and are not an exact count of every visitor. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals are disabled. Our custom events include only tool names, export formats and selected language pairs, never files, filenames, entered text or recordings. Use Analytics settings in the footer to optionally allow analytics cookies or Disable measurement. A saved disable choice prevents the Google tag loading on a fresh page and stops later events; withdrawal clears host-only analytics cookies but cannot delete information already received by Google. Allowing cookies enables fuller measurement using browser identifiers. Your choice is saved locally under azzy-analytics-consent-v1. Prior choices are respected. Visitors who block tracking or cannot reach Google may not appear in these statistics. We do not claim that hosting or external providers keep no logs.
Your choices and questions
You can use the local file tools without translating text, refuse microphone permission, clear your saved draft, and close the page to discard the current session. On shared devices, clear drafts and remove downloaded personal files when finished. For privacy questions, see Contact & report. This notice will be updated if the website’s data handling changes.
CV, AI writing and support reports
CV forms and photos are processed in your browser. Saving a CV draft stores text on this device until you clear it; portrait photos are not saved in the draft. AI actions send your supplied writing content to Azzy AI service after you consent. Avoid confidential information and check generated facts. AI drafts are not stored in the support database.
Submitting a report sends its details and optional email to the owner’s secure support database inbox. The owner can review, update and delete reports. Request limits use a hashed network identifier and time window to reduce abuse. Owner sign-in uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Contact the owner through the report form to request deletion of a submitted report.
Currency requests use Frankfurter reference data. Speed tests transfer temporary synthetic bytes and consume bandwidth. Direct video downloads connect to the source you entered. An optional authorised video service receives platform links after you confirm permission.
Fair-use allowances
Online tools apply visitor/network request limits and site-wide usage limits. People sharing a network may share a server-side allowance. These limits use a hashed network identifier and expiry window; they do not create a public account. Translation also stores a daily character counter in this browser. Speed tests use an expiring session token and real test traffic; transferred data volume varies with connection speed. No personal files are used as speed-test payloads.
Live television
When you select a Live TV channel, your browser connects directly to the broadcaster or its streaming provider. That provider receives your IP address and normal connection information and applies its own privacy practices. Channel favourites are stored in this browser. No video is recorded or uploaded to Azzy Studio. Playback errors may reflect regional restrictions, offline streams or browser compatibility.
